Yes. The Open Innovation Program is designed for co-creation with startups, spin-offs and scale-ups. We do not expect to work with mature companies. Although, ACCIONA understands that the development of a new product is difficult, a pivot to find the Market-Fit needs time and work, so we will analyze it case by case.

No. Sometimes the startup deal is complex. We would accept one of the founders to sign if they have power of attorney.

Yes. As companies grow, they develop trade agreements. Corporate open innovation programs are one of them, although ACCIONA would not agree to develop a project if the startup is working on a project with the same scope as a competitor.

At the beginning of the project, ownership of the P belongs to each party. Only at the end of the project, ACCIONA and your company would negotiate on the results of the product or service developed if ACCIONA has had a relevant participation.

Usually, ACCIONA will publish a pilot developed with your company at the end of the Project. If you need to share any information about the project, privately or publicly, please contact us.

No. The Open Innovation program does not take any type of capital. Only at the end of the project would ACCIONA analyze whether an investment fits into the company’s strategy and whether the startup has an open investment round.
